Easiest Chocolate Chip Muffins EVER!

Since making my Halloween pumpkin into a puree a few weeks back, I have been using it in so many different recipes and they are all sooooo good!  These muffins are so moist and yummy and EASY!  I found the recipe here.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 1 chocolate cake mix box
  • 1 can of pumpkin puree (about 2 cups homemade puree)
  • 1/2 bag of chocolate chips
How To: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together cake mix and pumpkin.  Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Add in chocolate chips, saving some for later.
  4. Put in a muffin tin with liners.  Batter is dense and does not rise much so these can be filled to the top.
  5. Add the leftover chocolate chips to the tops of the muffins.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!!!
