Foil Pack Grilling #1

 

I originally heard of foil packet grilling on Pinterest. I thought how convenient and the flavors intermingling hmmm gotta try it! So we did.  Here is our first attempt:

Ingredients used:

Small round potatoes

Sweet potato

Sausage (we used German sausage since it was on sale, ideally use chorizo)

Red and Yellow Peppers
 

How-To:

Cut up all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Throw in a bowl and season as you like. We kept it simple with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Since we had a large amount I ended up using a foil pan. For a smaller portion cut a piece of foil and put ingredients in middle. Add a tad bit of water to help steam cook. And roll into a little pouch. For our foil pan we just covered with foil. Throw it onto the grill for 30 – 45 minutes.
